Every year the Austrian Development Cooperation offers students from developing countries scholarships to help with tuition fees and general expenses.
The scholarship is for:
- for students from ADC’s priority countries
- for students from other developing countries
Scholarships are awarded for the Diploma Course of the Institute of Tourism and Hotel Management.
The Diploma Course includes:
- A General Module
- A Professional Module: Hospitality Management or Tourism Management
- An Elective: Entrepreneurship or Teacher Training

- There is an age limit of 35 years for eligibility
- Open for students from ADC’s priority countries

- Flight tickets (from home country to Salzburg and back)

- € 205,- pocket money per month

Austrian Development Cooperation Scholarship Applications
- Get information about ITH at the website or from an Austrian consulate or embassy
- Download ITH application form or write a inquiry to office@ith-salzburg.at.
- Application Process – all applications should be sent directly to the Institute via email or postal service.
- You will receive a confirmation by email that you application has been received and processed.
- Confirmation – You will be informed about the result of your application in May 2024. If you are awarded a scholarship you will receive a letter of acceptance.
